The LU300S provides two operational modes:

Live: Select this Profile for the LU300S to automatically start streaming when it goes live. Video is streamed according to the delay that is specified in the Main screen. This mode is selected by default.

Store & Forward: Select this mode when end-to-end delay is less important. This setting provides high image quality with high end-to-end delay. The video will appear as a file in LiveU Central.
1. To select an operational mode, navigate to the Mode option in the Menu screen. |
2. Press the JOG button to display the Mode screen. |
3. Use the JOG to navigate to the required mode, and then press the JOG button to select it. |
Video is streamed from the LU300S system via the Internet to the selected MMH instance (channel) using one or more networks. The LU300S can stream to either of the following channel types by specifying the broadcast channel to be used, as described below:

LU2000 Output Channel: The LU2000 is typically located at the customer’s premises and can have either an SDI output or a IP streaming option to the cloud. The LU2000 can also be deployed in the cloud.

Virtual Group Channel: For previewing in the LiveU Central. Virtual Groups are indicated by the icon before the channel name in the Channels screen.

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and with Industry Canada licence-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
